Ironing facilities are also available.Our traditional Victorian stone house, built in 1877, is situated at the south side of Kendal, close to the river Kent and just a few minutes walk from the town centre

Graeme and Sara offer you a warm and friendly welcome to the Headlands guest house, a traditional Victorian stone building situated on the south side of Kendal town centre close to the River Kent.  We offer a range of tastefully decorated en-suite rooms in a non-smoking environment on a B&B basis providing an ideal location for your visit be it business or pleasure.

Only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, all local amenities are within easy reach including shops, restaurants, pubs, the leisure centre, Abbot Hall museum and Art Gallery, the Brewery Arts Centre and Kendal Village. 

From our Therapy Room we offer a range of therapies including Deep Oscillation® therapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Non-surgical anti - ageing and cellulite and a detox foot spa. More information can be found here.
